Reporting a problem
Because everything runs on your device, we can't see errors server-side — your report is how we find out. These details help us fix things fast:
- Which tool or editor feature, and what you were doing
- Your browser and device (e.g. "Chrome on Windows 11", "Safari on iPhone 15")
- The file's format, resolution and rough size — never the file itself (we couldn't receive it anyway)
- Any message shown on the page
A note on privacy
We can't recover, inspect or debug your specific videos or projects — they never reach us, and editor autosaves live only in your browser. That's by design.
